01Cost guide, Australia first

You were quoted a number. Here is the other one.

The short answer

Through a Dental Link verified clinic in Vietnam, All-on-4 runs US$3,900 to US$7,200 per arch and a single implant starts from US$950. The published Australian ranges for the same work are A$20,000 to A$40,000 per arch and A$3,000 to A$7,000 per implant. Dental Link adds nothing to the clinic's own price.

These are the published ranges, not a promise about your mouth. Your own figure depends on your scan and the plan your dentist writes. What we can promise is that the price you are quoted is the clinic's own price.

  1. Australian figures are in Australian dollars and Vietnam figures are in US dollars. They are not converted in this table. The calculator below does that at an indicative rate, and marks it.
  2. Where a figure is not one we have verified ourselves it is marked [SAMPLE] rather than filled in. We would rather leave a gap than guess.
  3. Single implant ranges are published 2026 guides for a post, abutment and crown. Bone grafting or extraction is extra in every market.
  4. Your exact quote comes from your matched clinic, at the same price as booking direct. Dental Link adds nothing to it.

05Why is it cheaper

Why is dental work so much cheaper in Vietnam?

The honest version, without a claim about your teeth.

  • Wages, rent and the cost of running a clinic are far lower in Vietnam than in Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom. That is most of the gap.
  • Laboratory work is made locally. Crowns, bridges and arches are not shipped or outsourced across a border, and we ask every clinic to name the lab.
  • Implant systems and materials are bought globally, so the brand in your quote can be the same brand your dentist at home would place. We ask for proof of supply.
  • Clinics that treat international patients run high volumes of the same procedures, which is why we ask for case history per dentist rather than per clinic.

What a lower price does not tell you is whether the clinic is licensed, whether the autoclave logs exist, or whether the brand in the mouth matches the brand in the quote. That is what the audit is for.

What a quote should show before you trust it

  • The implant or material brand, by name
  • The laboratory that makes the work
  • Every appointment, and the spacing between trips
  • The warranty: years, what is covered, what is excluded, how a claim is made
  • What is not in the price: extractions, bone grafting, sinus lift, temporaries
06Cost questions

The money questions, answered plainly.

How much do All-on-4 dental implants cost in Vietnam?

Through a Dental Link verified clinic, All-on-4 runs US$3,900 to US$7,200 per arch. The published Australian range for the same arch is A$20,000 to A$40,000 and the published United States range is $20,000 to $35,000. Your own figure comes from your matched clinic after it has seen your X-rays, at the clinic's own price.

How much is a single dental implant in Vietnam?

From US$950 at a verified clinic. Published home ranges for a post, abutment and crown are A$3,000 to A$7,000 in Australia and $3,000 to $6,000 in the United States. Bone grafting, sinus lift or an extraction is extra in every market, which is why we ask clinics to itemise the plan rather than quote a single number.

What do veneers and crowns cost in Vietnam?

Published 2026 Vietnam guides put porcelain veneers at $250 to $500 per tooth and crowns at $150 to $500 per tooth. Both figures are marked SAMPLE on this site because they are not yet ranges we have verified against our own clinics' price lists. The number that counts is the written quote from your matched clinic.

Is there a deposit, a booking fee or a Dental Link fee?

No. 100% free for patients. Same price as booking direct. No deposits, ever. The clinic pays our commission on completed treatment and nothing is added to your quote. You pay the clinic directly, in person, for work you have agreed to.

What is not included in the treatment price?

Hotel, flights, visas and tours. We arrange them on request through Concierge Link and you pay the provider directly, so nothing is added by us. Airport pickup, an advisor at your first appointment, English speaking support and translation, quote comparison across vetted clinics and aftercare check-ins are all included at no cost.

Do I need two trips, and does that change the maths?

For implants, usually yes. The implant needs to heal before the final teeth go on, so most implant patients come twice, 3 to 6 months apart. Crowns and veneers are usually one visit. Because it changes the travel cost, your quote states the appointments and their spacing before you book anything, so the total including two sets of flights is in front of you from day one.
