Four implants, one fixed arch.
All-on-4 describes a full upper or lower arch of fixed teeth carried on four implants placed in the jaw. It is quoted per arch, so an upper and a lower are two quotes, and the number of implants can differ from four depending on what your dentist finds on the scan. Some plans are quoted as All-on-6.
We are not dentists and we do not decide whether this is the right plan for you. Your matched clinic writes the plan after it has seen your X-rays, and you meet the dentist before anything starts.

Do I really need two trips?
For implants, usually yes. The implant needs to heal before the final teeth go on, so most implant patients come twice, 3 to 6 months apart. Your quote states the appointments and their spacing before you book anything, and a plan for the second trip exists before the first.
What happens if something goes wrong after I fly home?
Warranty terms differ from clinic to clinic, and a patient walking in alone usually gets the standard one. Because we place patients across a large partner network we negotiate the warranty on your behalf and write it into your quote before you agree to anything. If remedial work is needed it is handled under that written warranty, with your travel back covered, and your advisor manages it with the clinic in Vietnamese. If a clinic handles a problem badly, that takes it off our list.
Can I choose the clinic and the dentist?
Yes. Clinics stay anonymous until the quote stage, shown as Verified Clinic · District 1 · All-on-4 specialist. When your quotes arrive you get the clinic names, the dentist profiles and a walk through video of each, and you choose. You can also ask for a different one, or none of them. We check case history for the exact procedure per dentist, not per clinic.
Will the price change once I am there?
No. The plan and the price are in writing before you fly, and your advisor is in the room at your first appointment. A clinic that changes a price after a patient has landed, or sells treatment the patient did not come for, is removed from our list.
