Wages, rent and the cost of running a clinic are far lower than in Australia, the United States or the United Kingdom, and laboratory work is made locally rather than shipped. Materials and implant systems are bought globally, which is why the brand in your quote can be the same brand you would get at home. What a lower price does not tell you is whether the clinic is licensed or whether the brand in the mouth matches the brand in the quote, which is what the audit is for.

No. The plan and the price are in writing before you fly, and your advisor is in the room at your first appointment. A clinic that changes a price after a patient has landed, or sells treatment the patient did not come for, is removed from our list. That is the first item on the removal list.

Every clinic we send patients to is registered and licensed with the Vietnamese Department of Health, has been visited in person during working hours, and has a named laboratory we have seen. Clinics are removed if standards slip. What we will not do is make a clinical claim. We are not dentists and we do not give treatment advice. You meet your dentist, see the clinic and get a written plan before you agree to anything, and once treatment starts you follow your clinic's instructions.

Vietnam has clinics that place a lot of implants, with materials bought on the same global market as clinics at home, and published prices well below Australia and the United States. It also has clinics we would not send anyone to. The country does not answer the question. The clinic, the dentist's case history for your exact procedure, and the documents do.

No. No clinic can pay to be listed, to be placed higher, or to be shown to more patients. Our fee is paid on completed treatment only and it is the same whichever clinic a patient chooses.

The treating dentist or a clinical translator being able to explain a plan, a material choice and an aftercare instruction in plain English is one of the 21 checks. On top of that your advisor is in the room at appointment one and on WhatsApp for the whole trip, in English and Vietnamese.

Ten minutes. We ask what you need done, what you were quoted at home, when you want it, and whether you have X-rays. That is enough to present your case properly. We do not sell you anything on the call. If Vietnam is not the right answer for you, we say so, and if you decide not to go, you owe nothing and you will not hear from us again.

For implants, most patients come twice, 3 to 6 months apart, because the implant needs to heal before the final teeth go on. Crowns, veneers and whitening are usually one visit. Your quote states the appointments and their spacing, so you book flights around real dates rather than a guess.

Temporary teeth are part of most implant plans and should be a named line in your quote. What you have, from which day, and what you can eat with it is a clinical decision your dentist makes on your case and writes into the plan before you fly.

Your advisor then sits beside you at your first appointment and translates the plan, the materials and the warranty terms in the room, while you can still ask questions.

Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang. Most of our clinics are in Ho Chi Minh City and so is your advisor, Hanoi holds a second cluster, and Da Nang is on the coast an hour's flight from either. If you have a preference, tell us. If you do not, we match on your case, which is what we would recommend anyway.

We negotiate the warranty for you. Clinics offer different terms, and a patient who walks in alone usually gets the standard one. Our partner network is large enough that we can negotiate better warranty terms on your behalf, and they are written into your quote before you agree to anything, so you compare warranties the same way you compare prices. Your advisor keeps the clinic's direct line and raises anything you report. If remedial work is ever needed, it is done under that written warranty and your travel back is covered. And if a clinic handles a problem badly, that takes it off the list.

Whatever your written quote says, which you read before you fly. Ask for five things in every quote: how many years and from when, which components are covered, what the exclusions are, who you contact and in what language, and whether travel back is covered. A warranty missing any of those is a sentence, not a warranty.

No. Follow your clinic's instructions once you are home. If a clinical question comes up we get it back in front of your treating dentist rather than answering it ourselves. What our check-ins do is make sure the question actually reaches the clinic, in Vietnamese, from our side of the world.

No, and nobody honest will. What we guarantee is the process: the pickup, the advisor in the room, the check-ins, the written quotes at the clinic's own price, and a named person who answers.

Both have excellent clinics and both have bad ones. On price, published 2026 comparisons put Vietnam roughly 20 to 40 percent below Thailand for the same implant brands, with the gap widest on full arch work. What actually decides it is not the country, it is whether someone has stood in the clinic, read the quote and will be there when you land. That is what we do, in Vietnam.

You can, and plenty of people do and it goes fine. Using us costs you nothing and changes four things: which clinics you see, what the quote has to contain, who is in the room at appointment one, and what happens if something needs fixing after you fly home.
