Every quote on this page is from a published review by someone Dental Link looked after. We do not invent testimonials, and clinics do not write ours. We also do not publish a star average or a review count on this site, because we would rather you go and read them where they live.

Why there is no star average on this page
A star average and a review count are easy to put on a page and hard to check. We publish the reviews themselves, with the names attached, and leave the aggregate where it belongs: on Google and on our Facebook page, written by the patient, not by us or a clinic. If a number ever appears here, it will be one we can point at.

Why are there only four reviews on this page?
Because these are the four we can point at, published, with names. More than 100 patients have been guided through this, and not all of them write reviews. We would rather show four verifiable ones than a wall of quotes you cannot check.
Do you pay for reviews or ask clinics to write them?
No. Clinics do not write ours. A review request goes to patients after treatment as part of the aftercare sequence, and what they write is theirs.
What happens when a patient has a bad experience?
Every patient we place is followed up in detail, and that feedback feeds the clinic's standing. Anything that does not add up triggers a re-audit. A price that changes after the patient has landed, treatment sold that the patient did not come for, aftercare that goes quiet, a hygiene lapse, or a material in the mouth that does not match the quote takes a clinic off the list.
