The things we wish someone had told us first.
Short, honest guides from the team in Ho Chi Minh City and from patients who let us share what they learned. No selling and no clinic advertising, just the things that are hard to find out from home. Where we cannot verify a figure, we mark it rather than fill it in.
Five guides, in the order people actually ask.
Is dental work in Vietnam safe?
The honest version: what is checkable before you fly, what is not, and the one claim we will never make. Includes the questions that separate a licensed clinic from a well marketed one.

02 · Do it yourselfHow to check any Vietnam clinic yourself
The same 21 checks we run, turned into questions you can ask a clinic by email before you have spent anything. Take the list with you even if you never call us.

03 · TimingWhy implants take two trips
Implants need to heal before the final teeth go on, so most patients come twice, 3 to 6 months apart. What that means for flights, for time off work, and for the real total.

04 · The hard questionWhat if it fails after I fly home?
The question everyone asks and almost nobody answers. What a warranty has to say to be worth anything, who pays for the flight back, and what we negotiate on your behalf.

05 · AustraliaPaying for treatment: superannuation, and what we can and cannot do
Some Australians access superannuation early for dental treatment on compassionate grounds, and the process asks for a written quote from the provider. We are not financial advisers, so this guide explains the shape of it, names the two places to check first, and stops there.

Three rules, and we would rather leave a gap than break one.
- No invented figures. Where a number is not one we have sourced ourselves it is marked [SAMPLE] rather than filled in. That includes home country ranges we could easily have guessed at.
- No clinical advice. We are not dentists. We explain what a process looks like and what a document should contain. We never tell a specific person what treatment to have.
- No named clinics, good or bad. Not ours, not anyone's. Clinics on our list stay anonymous until you have a quote in hand, and we do not attack competitors by name.
If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us on WhatsApp and we will fix it or take it down.

Read everything, then ask a person.
Ten minutes, in your timezone, with someone who has stood in every clinic on your shortlist. We do not sell you anything on the call. If Vietnam is not the right answer for you, we say so.
