We bring the patient. You keep your price.
The patient pays your list price, the same price as booking direct. Our commission comes out of your side and only on completed treatment. There is no listing fee, no paid placement and no way to buy visibility. In return, a clinic passes 21 published checks and keeps passing them.
Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang.
What we do and what we will never do.
| Topic | What we do | What we will never do |
|---|---|---|
| Price | The patient pays your own list price. We check quotes against it. | Add a margin to a patient's quote, or ask you to inflate one. |
| Payment | Commission on completed treatment, paid from your side. | Charge a listing fee, a subscription, or a fee for leads. |
| Placement | Match on the case and the dentist's case history for that procedure. | Sell placement, ranking, or a larger share of patients. |
| Deposits | Hold dates without a deposit. The patient pays you, in person. | Collect money from a patient on your behalf. |
| Comparison | Send every patient two clinics, and encourage them to speak to both. | Steer a patient. Our commission is the same either way. |
| Marketing | Keep clinics anonymous publicly until the quote stage. | Publish a clinic's name on this site as an advertisement. |
Five groups, twenty one checks, then an annual re-check.
Licence and legal standing
Operating licence, practising registration for every dentist who would treat our patients, business registration and ownership, and any complaint or sanction history.
The visit, in person
An advisor who lives in the city walks the clinic during working hours. Sterilisation records, imaging and equipment, the laboratory, and emergency readiness.
The dentist
Training and speciality, case history for each procedure separately, and the ability to explain a plan in plain English in the room.
Materials, pricing, warranty
Named brands with proof of supply, a written price list and a written plan before treatment, warranty terms in writing, and confirmation that the patient pays your list price.
Records and outcomes
Treatment records and outcome data, a written aftercare protocol, follow up on every patient we place, adversarial review, and an annual re-check.
The removal list
A price that changes after the patient has landed. Selling treatment the patient did not come for. Aftercare that goes quiet. Any sterilisation lapse. A material in the mouth that does not match the quote.
What arrives on your side.
Where the patients come from
Australia first, then New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom. More than 100 patients have been guided through this so far, and their reviews carry our names, not a brand's.
What practices ask before they start.
What does it cost to be listed?
Nothing. There is no listing fee, no subscription and no fee for leads. We are paid a commission by the clinic on completed treatment only, and it comes out of the clinic's side. Nothing is added to the patient's quote and the patient pays the same price as booking direct.
Can we pay for better placement?
No. No clinic can pay to be listed, to be placed higher, or to be shown to more patients. Matching is on the case and the dentist's case history for that exact procedure. Every patient sees two clinics and is encouraged to speak to both, and our commission is the same whichever they choose.
Why are clinics anonymous on the public site?
So the comparison stays on the plan and the price rather than the marketing budget. Before the quote stage a patient sees a label such as Verified Clinic, District 1, All-on-4 specialist. At the quote stage they get your name, your dentist profiles and a walk through video.
What happens if a patient complains?
We follow up every patient we place, in detail, and check what we hear against your records and against what we saw on the visit. Anything that does not add up triggers a re-audit. A clinic that handles a real problem well stays. A price that changes after the patient has landed, treatment sold that the patient did not come for, aftercare that goes quiet, a sterilisation lapse or a material that does not match the quote takes a clinic off the list.
What do we have to show you first?
The documents in group A and D, and access for the visit in group B. A clinic that will not show us a licence, a lab or an autoclave log does not get a second conversation. Everything we ask for is published on the vetting page, so there are no surprises in the process.
This page is for clinics. Yours starts here.
Ten minutes on the phone, then two vetted clinics matched to your case within 24 hours, with written quotes and a walk through video of each.
