Every clinic we send patients to is registered and licensed with the Vietnamese Department of Health, has been visited in person, and has a named laboratory we have seen.
Clinics are removed if standards slip. What we will not do is make a clinical claim. We are not dentists and we do not give treatment advice.
You meet your dentist, see the clinic and get a written plan before you agree to anything, and once treatment starts you follow your clinic's instructions.
We negotiate the warranty for you. Clinics offer different terms, and a patient who walks in alone usually gets the standard one.
